If you mean card as in credit then no, I don't think I could handle having a credit card. I'm strictly my own money kinda person. I try to have $20 on me most of the time but otherwise I'm useless at receipt holding and like that everything is recorded on my statements.

Always credit card. Easier to keep track of for myself on what I'm spending. Besides that, my cabelas's card gives me 1.5% of all my purchases back towards "gift points" that I can buy at cabela's (needless to say, it doesn't pay if you don't keep a zero balance).

I use a debit card as credit that gets automatically paid off every month
I keep track of what is on it every 3 days and have a cap set
I also check my credit once a week

I have been seeing alot less use of the card around here...so I was curious. .its seems as if more people are using cash here for everyday items..especially the youngsters...I guess it was a status thing for a while..now they flaunt cash lol

I have one credit card strickley for emergencies like if my fridge or other major appliance go out or for car repairs. I used to use my debit card most of the time till my card got compromised twice, once at a grocery store and 6 months later at a target store. Both times someone in New York and one in Florida went on a shopping spree wiping out my account (got to love modern technology and the hacker that use it to steal from you without even leaving the comfort of their computer chair) now I just use cash. When I cash my check I keep a certain amount of cash out for the week and make it last the week, its been saving me a lot to. So for me its cash from now on.

Card. I have $90 in my wallet right now, but that's just bc I went to lunch with friends the other day and, since they all had cash, I just put the bill on my card and they gave me the cash to cover their portion.

I always take $300 in cash w/ me on vacation. Other than that, I very rarely carry cash.

it depends if there is a good network on the internet or not because the internet is poor means the use of cash will be more helpful.
