Carpal Tunnel from guitar hero?

I was playing guitar hero like crazy earlier and my wrist got really soar Now it's just pulsating like owwwwwwwwww -pause- owwwwwwwwwww -pause- owwwwwwwwwww -pause- owwwwwwwwww and its been going on like that for a while. You think it could be a sign of caprel tunnel from constant guitar hero/poor typing habits (I rest my wrists, hehe, doesnt everyone?)

Hmm, well, I've never gotten carpal tunnel from GH, but I would imagine that it could happen, because my wrist has hurt a little bit before. But either way, just give it a bit, I'm sure it'll be better soon.

I imagine it would be the same as playing a real guitar? and never heard of anyone getting it from a real guitar, then again, I don't anchor my hands when I play so that takes a lot of strain off, hmmmm?

There's a warning in the game about it. You can get carpel tunnel syndrome from it. Being that I spend a lot of time on the net, playing games and GH, my wrists don't bother me anymore from CTS.
