yes it was all smiles from the staff,
but i new there was more beneath the fake laugh.
low paid and with a mountain of work is no excuse,
but correcting this just might cut out the abuse.
this country needs to respect and love the older generation,
because with out them, our future has no creation.
(the joe nos they are as bad as everyone is saying and i just hope things change, but i have a feeling they wont and thats shame on everyone )
