Saw the trailer for this before Thor but.. all I recall is that there was another trailer also before Thor that for the life of me I can't remember which seemed to get me far more excited than this. It was a similar action type movie. *racks brain*

Green Lantern was the other. This one looked FAR more interesting than Captain America I have to say.

Agreed. I'm going to see Green Lantern in theaters right after it comes out. It looks like it will be brilliant.

I watched it yesterday, and I loved it. Great characters, awesome story, perfectly executed IMO. It had a great mix of action, and solid storytelling.

Anyone else see it? Thoughts?

I saw it the other night. It's okay but i think the story seemed to go sooo slow in the beginning, it bored me.
( Unless of course it was affected by the already high adrenaline level from watching Harry Potter and DH part#2 b4 this :shrug: )

I liked the ending and of course the six pack abs of Chris Evans

I didn't find the story slow at all. You have to remember that the purpose of this movie is to introduce people to Captain America, so a full backstory was necessary.
