Wow, that woman has issues.
It's horrible, but my feet used to swell like in the picture Tuffdisc posted (maybe not THAT bad...but bad enough). Once I started losing weight and cut out any soda, it's completely stopped. The only time they swell now is if I go on a binge and have high sodium food (like Chinese, for example). All I have to do is increase my water intake and it's right back to normal. I am not thin by any stretch of the imagination, but w/ determination and more hard work I will get there...and my point in saying that was that it floors me when I think now about how unhealthy I was before I started my new way of life. *shakes head* I'm glad I got the wake-up call I needed.
Oh...and I have cankles but I don't give a fuck. LOL
