Can you swim?

Yes my parents made me take lessons as well. This is how it went..... we went to an outdoor pool, which was freezing, even though it was in the summer. The instructors lined us up, asked if anyone could swim, some said yes, they got in the water to show what they could do. The rest of us ?? OMG, the one instructor (a guy) picked me up and threw me in the deep end. I guess it was the "sink or swim" method !! :mad I swam...... to the edge, climbed out and kicked the guy in the shin !! Man, I was mad !! I have made my children take lessons as well. Although not the same method was applied. LMAO.......

Well im gonna be the odd one out and tell you all i cant swim =(

I did swimming lessons and such but it took so long for me to get over the fear of the water as an accident when i was very young kinda freaked me out about water...
Doesnt mean i dont love it though i still go to the beach pool etc.. just dont swim

I can't remember a time when I couldn't swim. Swimming it taught compulsary in schools over here anyway, I really don't think I know anyone who can't swim. I mainly swim front crawl but I can do back stroke, breast stroke and butterfly too.

I can swin good, grew up on a lake, lied by it my whole life, had a pool growing up and having one put in next year.
