Can you roll or fold your tongue?

I can turn the front half over and also turn the sides up into a U. Is this what is considered folding and rolling? When I just voted, the poll was 8 yes and 4 no. You say Ripley's says 1/1000 only? Maybe there's more to it then? :confused
