Can you prove the external world exists?

No I sure cant.
However (not a pun)
I know it exists
Ive seen signs
And have learned some unique things in a unique way
I would explain but the few people that i have tried to explain it to
have stoped me and told me i was insane

The external world did not 'exist' until your mind began to function. And the external world will no longer 'exist' once your mind ceases to function.

Scientifically, 'existence' is defined as something that consists of either matter or energy. So yes, you can prove the external world 'exists'.

If you look at it any other way, then the question becomes an act of futility. Eg. "Does this question exist?" etc. Ofcourse there can be an infinite regress, but you're not going to make any progress.
