People who integrate multiple cultural identities may experience a stronger sense of belonging and flexibility in social situations. How does multicultural identity influence mental health? Are there challenges to balancing conflicting cultural expectations, and how do people manage them effectively?

I think embracing a multicultural identity can reduce stress by increasing a sense of belonging and flexibility.

It helps people navigate different social settings more comfortably and reduces identity conflict. However, it can also create pressure when expectations from different cultures clash, so balance and support matter.

I think it depends on society and individuals. I have a cousin, who married to different culture and his parents appreciate my cousin's wife. One of my uncle married to different nationality and he had difficulty in integrating.
