Motivation can be inconsistent, while discipline requires routine. Which one matters more for long-term success? How can discipline be built without losing interest?

I think discipline is more important than motivation. Well, motivation can push you to start working, but if you aren't disciplined, you soon lose your motivation and you cannot achieve your goal

I velieve discipline is often more reliable than motivation. Motivation can fluctuate with mood or circumstances, but consistent habits and routines maintain progress even when enthusiasm fades. Discipline creates structure and momentum, making long-term goal achievement more dependable than relying on motivation alone.
