Losing gracefully and winning humbly aren’t easy. Do you think competitive sports help build emotional maturity? How have wins or losses shaped your attitude off the field?

Absolutely. Competitive sports have a way of teaching lessons that go far beyond the game. Losing gracefully forces you to face disappointment without resentment, while winning humbly keeps your ego in check. Personally, both wins and losses have shaped how I handle success and setbacks in life.

if you are playing professionally for too long I guess, you are emotionally stable with the wins and also losses. Just look at Ronaldo, how easily he talks about not winning world cups for his country.
