Considering some of you love to take pot shots at Canada here's one for you to kick around.

I remember when this first came to light. It thought it was ridiculous then but it's even more so after the e-mails surfaced. I betcha this won't make the US news channels. :24:

Talk about paranoid or what?

" In the midst of what turned out to be a bogus espionage scare over commemorative coins, senior Pentagon officials in Washington, D.C., speculated whether Canadians — widely considered to be among the United States' closest allies — might be "bad guys" involved in the spy caper."

Linky... linky... CBC News - World - Pentagon emails ask if Canadians are 'bad guys'

lol. I remember after 9/11 people were like "the terrorists came from Canada!"

not meaning that they were canadians, but that that's how they got in the country.

As a person who lives in the French part of the US, I appreciate the French part of Canada and its neighbor's. I just like to take shots at it because its so easy...

Supposedly some of the guys planning it stayed in a hotel very near here. I have no proof of that, aside from I trust my source.

As for trusting Canada? Hell no!

:24: I kid... I have nothing but neutral feelings toward Canada...

:24: Canada's just an easy target. I had the opportunity to train with some Canadian Marines, and they definitely have my respect. Since those are the only Canadians I've actually met, I only have that and South Park to judge you from :D

I.... Like.... Canada..... Eh! :D

From my house to the American/Canadian border would take about 20 minutes. I pray we don't get invaded.... at least I have some experience with that sort of thing. Those Canadians are always at the Mall and the grocery stores and the restaurants.... and on my road... in my way.... Pfffft.... The nerve! :willy_nilly:

Ohhh Canada...... *singing as deeply as I can* :cool

That reminds me of my younger days. I lived within 3 miles of the 49th and hit the bars down south a lot... and I mean a lot. ( that part is true :eek) I used to keep a Canadian flag in my car for times I hooked up with a little tighty from your land. With the flag I could say... um... I was doing it for my country. ( that part is not true but the more I think about it the more I wished I had that flag :D )

And there was me thinking they were hiding in a cave in Pakistan! :willy_nilly: Bloody British intelligence, should have known not to trust them when they told us they were invading Iraq because Saddam could nuke us within 20 minutes.
