I left a note under a womans car before leaving Wal Mart parking lot. Me and my daughter were walking to our car and this lady come flying down one of the lanes and turned right w/o looking and we were right there. If I hadnt yanked me and my daughter out of the way, she would have gotten us. She kept on going. So I watched where she parked and have I got my stuff all in my car, I drove over to her car, got out a piece of paper and wrote a note and stuck it on her windshield. I wrote something or another about how much of a stupid ass moronic driver she was and how she about hit us in the parking lot and a few other things that are probably too vulgar to use here

If your in a firelane they will give you a tickit, so why no a handicapped parking place? I think its a bunch of BS in what they told you. I think they are to lazy.

Then leave a note saying: "You may not be handicapped, but your car is now."

put caution tape around the spot when they aren't parked there and get some buddies to help you act out a crime report at that location (dressed as rent-a-cops) and "intimidate" the handicapped parkers...

My father is handicapped, He always carried a tube of Lipstick, If someone was parked in a handicap spot, He would write on their Windshield, This space is for Licensed Handicap Drivers, Please park elsewhere, Lol lipstick does not come off so easily with just windshield wipers.

I called the office "ok we'll report it"

and I have permission to call the police from the ladies in the office, but after telling them this the cops still wouldn't do anything about it.
