Now they want to ban smoking in your own home
And yes an apartment is your own home.
What makes it laughable is they have the 2nd lowest smoking rate in the country. Just goes to show that in the land lead by Moonbeam that they never cease to amaze. Oh, and I bet that low smoking rate conveniently is leaving out pot or it probably would be at 50%

I seriously hope CA falls off into the ocean after the next earthquake. The people living there don't deserve to be a part of a country that has a Constitution that is supposed to reflect personal rights and liberties. This latest bullshit is another example of power gone mad. Sadly the rest of the country also falls into line like a bunch of lemmings as if what CA wants is good for everybody.

Oh and for the record I do not smoke cigarettes. I don't enjoy being subjected to it when I go to a Casino. Which geeze somehow the casinos got a waiver on the smoking ban. As if when you gamble the smoke magically must disappear.
