I'd rather drink caffeine and be able to lead a normal life without delayed reactions and poor short term memory on a day to day basis.

Since I was harassed about whether or not I drank soda, I will answer yes since the thread is locked.

THC Information - Effects of THC - Use of THC

and omg I can get dehydrated!

Caffeine

Yeah I read more about caffeine and studies are inconclusive about long term organ problems thus far.

Ok, now politely and nicely debate me. Tell me the benefits of smoking pot other than what your perceptions of what it does for you are. I'm genuinely interested.

I don't drink caffeine either if I can help it. I just don't see the reason to drink it. I drink caffeine free sodas.

The interesting thing is even caffeine free sodas have 5 mg of caffeine in them. You can't completely decaffeinate sodas or coffee.

Me love some caffeine.

Before work everyday I'll pick up a 24 oz Monster energy drink from Casey's

I have a professor that is addicted to those high caffeine drinks. He shakes all the time; like he is on meth or something. Weird.

Incorrect.

Caffeine free sodas are caffeine free.
'Decaffeinated' drinks still have caffeine though.

And why are we comparing spoons and forks? Caffeine and THC are obviously two completely different drugs - and funny thing is, the legal option is the addictive drug with adverse effects. Go figure.
Tell me, why do you use THC?
What makes you think I do, champ?

and why are we comparing? Go back to your thread and look at one of acd's responses to me. He was trying to fault me for using a legal drug in a tastey soft drink and while defending his THC habit. I want to know what THC brings to the table for it's users that is actually productive to their lives.

We know you do/have done drugs. Don't deny it with useless off topic questions.

So because of this, you just come to the assumption that I smoke marijuana. Right?

I don't really give a fuck. I'm asking those who do/have smoked Marijuana what it does for them.

If you don't smoke it, then why the hell are you in here? It's really not this hard to comprehend. If you don't smoke it, I'm not interested in hearing your opinion.

I think I was a caffiene addict at 6. My Southern mother thought iced tea was better for us than Kool-Aid, which it probably is, but maybe not for kids.

I don't drink coffee, but I drink iced-tea all year round. First thing in the morning, too. Even when it's zero degrees outside.

You make a post in the debate section but only want to hear from those who currently smoke it? I've smoked it almost every day for 15 years. But that doesn't mean I can contribute to your thread, amirite?

You come off as very arrogant, petty, self-absorbed and dense. You enjoy your own posts but can't stand it when someone replies to you.

Incorrect. I can't stand it when I ask a question in the debate section and the only answers someone gives has absolutely nothing to do with the question I ask.

Had you just talked about your experiences and what it does for you, I would have been just fine. No, instead you come up in here with an attitude, and when I tell you to answer the question or gtfo, you get pissy with me. When I say you do/have smoked pot, you get pissy with me.

Then you come out and admit to smoking it, and then start calling me names like "arrogant, petty, self-absorbed and dense". This bullshit, once again, HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FUCKING TOPIC.

Stop being so goddamn defensive and answer the fucking question already. It isn't that goddamn hard to understand this, is it? I mean shit, you just called me dense but you have yet to answer the question that was actually posed in this thread.

YOU brought up caffeine in beverages. I merely corrected your statement. Sorry you're so sensitive.

This whole statement is one big fat contradiction. durrrrrrr

You're suddenly interested in staying on topic though wondering why I smoked pot? I starting smoking pot to piss off my parents. That's why. And I don't give a fuck who smokes it or if it's ever made legal or if you think THC is the demon's sperm. Don't care.

If you didn't go posting acting like you know wtf you were talking about, I would've never posted in this thread ffs.

So decaf soda's don't have any caffeine in them or they do?

I smoked pot when I was a teenager. My parents spoked pot, so at the time it seemed the 'norm'; made it easy for me to fall into the crowd of kids that did drugs. It makes you lazy, hungry, and tired. Makes you laugh too, but I can laugh sober, so that was not really anything different. I quit when I was 19. It cost too much and did nothing productive for my life. It wasn't much of a relaxer either imo as you'd feel 'burnt' afterward.

Decaffeinated - process that 'de-caffeinates' beverages. Still leaves trace amounts.

Caffeine Free - free from caffeine.
