"Two trailer park residents in Dayton, Ohio are going to be battling this out in court over the next few months.Tattoo artist, Ryan L. Fitzjerald was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit last week by his ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent. She claims that her boyfriend was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on her back but instead tattooed an image of a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it."

"Apparently Ryan found out that she had cheated with a long-time friend of his and this was his way of getting even. Originally Rossie tried to have Ryan charged with assault but it turns out this crafty tattoo artist got her to sign a consent form prior to the tattoo and it said that the design was ‘at the artists discretion’, she claims; “he tricked her by drinking a bottle of cheap wine with me and doing tequila shots before I signed it and got the tattoo”. “Actually I was passed out for most of the time, and woke up to this horrible image on my back.”"

Oh this is amazing. Frankly, I think justice was served. :24::24:

It is super harsh, but man...I'd help pay that guy's court costs and fines because a) that's friggin hilarious and b) I can't help but think she deserves it :24:

No, that is too harsh. He should have to pay someone else to remove it or cover it. I definitely wouldn't let him do it.

Hey, don't cheat on someone then ask them to permanently alter your body :24:
Homegirl needs some sense

I didn't read that she asked him to, he got her drunk and talked her into it, he planned it. Was she wise to do so....no, but still I think that was too harsh.

Cut up her car or something but not something permanent like that.

She signed paperwork, that's why I put the responsibility on her lack of sense. Then again I don't make a habit out of getting tricked into things with alcohol; it may have been more difficult for her than I realize.

He will likely be held responsible for the damage, but if it may well still have been worth it lol. May even cost less in total than if he had damaged her car/home.

I guess "watch your back" takes on a whole new meaning :24:

Makes me think, it probably took a good long time to do. He must have been pissed. Slashing some tires takes a few minutes or less; a full back tattoo takes a few hours or more of rage.

I'll draw a comparison to this story vs. the band of the Jimmy Fallon show playing "Lyin' Ass Bitch" as Michele Bachmann's introductory music. It is the wrong thing to do but it is still funny in a warped and twisted kind of way. He should have used a temporary ink and just got her believing it was permanent. He could have had a good laugh and essentially it would have been no harm no foul. As it stands, I agree that he should have to cover at least half the cost of removal. I don't absolve Rosie from her responsibility.

I guess I spare my sorrow for people who truly go through horrifying experiences, judge me how you like ;)

I didnt judge you, or anyone else here for finding it humorous. But I am allowed to not find it funny. :) The scarring will be there forever, even after its removed. A song played, or slashed tyres is an instant "payback" and not permanent

Well, whomever has the (mis)fortune to be in a relationship with her is going to get a lovely image in their head depending upon the position ;)

I thought she was pretty fucking stupid for letting her ex give her a tattoo.

Maybe she'll read a contract better next time. *shrugs*
