Oh come on now. Why dont you just call it Offtopicz cafe. Then you can set up internet booths.
All depending on how progressive youre community is but having a wireless internet or dsl line in your place would be the absolute Bomb.
Plus having a very large plazma tv Screen would be good also.


Anoter name I was thinking about is Veronicas Hot Rod Cafe. Then you could get a liquor license and have bands. Uh just so happens I know a band that might open your restraunt.

For YEARS, I have dreamt of owning my own cafe/restaurant. I have been passing the PERFECT location (that is vacant) for the last few months and I day dream about it every time I see it. I can see it completely done in my head... ANYWAYS, Joe said we can start saving and looking into loans ect for this. SOO, this is where I need yall help. What do you think I should serve in this cafe. I can make a MEAN pizza.. I figured something like subs, breads, pasterys, choclates, ect. what do yall think>?

i think that's a good idea...i know where i live there are too many restaurants around and not enough places to just sit down quitely and have a good pastry. I think it would be neat if you did something like that

If not an internet cafe' at least see if you can offer WiFi to your customers so they can bring their laptops in while snacking on your "sticky bunns"

I would do pizza. A few buddies were cooks at local restrants and they look into starting a pizza place. It costs pennies to make pizzas if you buy everything in bulk.

Until you start adding the cost of the mozzerella. That is a commodity, and it is VERY expensive. It's about the only product that is actually measured while making a pizza. and it's the ONLY product you'll get yelled at if you use too much of it.

Well... Just scale it down a bit. One internet connection.
And One Folk rock singer with an acoustic guitar.
Maybe just a 20 inch flat screen TV. That way you can watch your youre Daytime soaps.
I think you could do your Cafe. But Remeber to have enough Capitol to get you thru at least 6 months or more.
