But if we didn't do shit like this, we could get them to realize we're the good guys and are simply misunderstood. We're just giving their leaders more ways to show we're self-absorbed imperialists.

These people are way to fanatical to see us as "good guys". Until democracy is installed in their society, they will never know the sweet smell of freedom. When and if that happens, they will understand why we have to be forceful sometimes. its for their own good.

If someone had the freedom to tell me what to do and what not to do, I'd hate them too!

We SHOULD blame America. It's our duty as responsible citizens. If we hold the people of Iran accountable for the government's actions, maybe we should be responsible for OUR government for a change.
