I rarely feel stressed. I am taking energy vitamins for almost 12 years now. I don't feel tired. I'm always on the go. Before I took Lecit E, I always felt sleepy.

I focus on building resilience by practicing mindfulness and staying active. Regular exercise, healthy routines, and reaching out for support help me manage stress and anxiety. I also try to stay in the present moment, avoiding overthinking about the future.

It is not possible to completely avoid situations where you become anxious or stressed out. but what is possible is to learn how to live with these conditions without taking a toll on your mental health.
