hey how do i get it to come up in google searches? I read that meta tags don't really work.

Do I just need a lot of traffic there? What do I need?

The site did not show up probably cuz SEO was not done properly. SEO is all about key words. Best is to get the experts handle it. If you want your site to be among the top 10 positions you got to bid very high too.
