Self-care doesn’t have to be expensive. A long bath, homemade face masks, or mindful walks can be deeply relaxing.

I enjoy budget-friendly self-care activities like taking a warm bath, journaling, or going for a walk in nature. Practicing deep breathing or doing simple home workouts also helps me unwind without spending much, while boosting my mood and energy.

Spending time in nature has been my best bet . it helps to reduce stress and improve mental health. I simply sit under a tree.

Self care does not need a lot of money. If you go for a walk, you will be mentally, emotionally and physically healthy. If you meditate or do breathing exercise, you will be able to manage your mental health conditions. Even something mundane like having a warm bath can help you to relax
