Be careful though, too many eggs can lead to high cholesterol. :)

What's cool is, the medical community is generally finding this to be a myth. Apparently, just like dietary fat doesn't necessarily make you fat, dietary cholesterol doesn't necessarily lead to high cholesterol. It's more about the exercise/diet combo and one's predisposition to high cholesterol. From what I've heard, only those with astronomically high cholesterol need to be cautious with eggs/dietary cholesterol sources.

Eggs are really great sources of lean protein, and it appears we have the go ahead from the medical community to eat them up! :)

I had pumpkin seeds and a fiber/protein powder shake again. Not doing it lol, I had to eat my protein bar early. Need some real food!

This -

High cholesterol is a symptom of other things - could be simple inflamation and nothing whatever to do with diet. Treating people for cholesterol is like treating a road for skidmarks because most car crashes are accompanied by skidmarks. The drugs prescribed to treat high cholesterol are far more dangerous than the high cholesterol. There's so much we have yet to learn - and always be suspicious of the latest "study", especially if that study was done by a for-profit drug company.
