this has fuck all to do with parenting

it has everything to do with a a bullshit vigilante mentality

the shooter would have had no clue about the identity, family circumstance of the kid - nothing nada

i make no excuses for rock throwing, it is reckless behaviour that should no go un-checked, but there can be zero tolerance for the actions of the shooter

I have a hard time feeling sorry for someone who just throws rocks at moving cars like it's something to do, I don't care if this kid was 18 or 8 years old, you fucking know better than to do something like that. I've seen videos of people running down children with their cars for throwing rocks at them.

True. Parenting only goes so far. We're not talking about a child throwing a fit in the middle of a store.

:homo:

I find it quite disturbing that people can look at this story and justify shooting a crossbow at anyone. I hope this guy does time for attempted murder.

And do you have any clue how many people are killed every year by kids throwing rocks at cars? It happens more than you think.

I don't think the reaction of shooting the kid with a crossbow is right, as two wrongs never make a right... but karma IS a bitch.
