City of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare, book #5 of The Mortal Instruments series

enjoying the series?
Yes. For the most part. It is easily digestible entertainment. The later books are not as good as the early ones in the series. But I like the fact that there is a clear plot running though the series.

Notorious Nineteen by Janet Evanovich, book #19 of the Stephanie Plum series

Teen vamp sex then?

LoL No. YA books don't have sex in them :p Also I think I had enough of vamp sex after reading the Anita Blake series.

But anyway, I am really tuckered out with all this YA angsty stuff. I need something I can really sink my teeth into. I may have to go and read some horror to balance out this angel-y true wuv stuff.

Ahh, The Girl in 6E was a fucked up breath of fresh air. Well, ending was wrapped in a pretty pink bow - I could've done without that, but it was a nice change from cotton candy YA.

Now... what to read next...

Cinder by Marissa Meyer, book #1 of The Lunar Chronicles series

"It is a futuristic re-envisioning of Cinderella in which Cinder is a cyborg mechanic"
