you may see someone posting a picture of a little girl running for Sandy Hook school (the shooting at the elementary school in December) it is false picture as the only child known killed is of a little boy who was 8.

Some dipshit from the Boston Marathon committee had to gall to say it was more than coincidence (or to that effect) that the Boston marathon was 26 miles long and there were 26 people killed at Sandy Hook. Honestly, I wouldn't of lost sleep... oh never mind.

I wouldn't put it past some right winged nut in the US. The thought cross my mind when I first saw the story.

If you've ever read the NY post on a daily basis for any amount of time, you would know what I'm talking about. The New York Times it aint.

I am asking you if you are saying they are lieing.
Additionally dailymail.UK is also running a similar story.

I won't say they're lying, only that they really like to sell their newspapers. Read enough of their paper on a regular basis to know that if you want the garbage, read their paper.

At this point in time, not sure how either you or I could discredit their story since we have no first hand knowledge. Ah yes, the daily mail from the UK, always up to date and on the story in the United States.

I'm just sickened. Why target an event that is strickly apolitical. I live in a running city. We have an event called Bloomsday where we actually have more runners, but less spectators in a few weeks. You bet security is being beefed up. We also have the biggest 3 on 3 basketball event in the country called Hoopfest in July.....it's just scary and a damn shame we have to worry about bombs at events that should be joyous and to promote athletics..........just sickens me. I hope they catch the sick bastards. So many lost limbs.......so sad....
