The suspect still isnt able to talk yet due to his condition...I actually wish he would recover enough so he can state his reason behind the attack.

While not a supporter of torture...I am not concerned with his condition,I only want him to able able to talk...then he can die from medical complications :p

Russia :thumbup

(MOSCOW) — U.S. investigators traveled to southern Russia on Tuesday to speak to the parents of the two Boston bombing suspects, a U.S. Embassy official said.

The parents of Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev are in Dagestan, a predominantly Muslim province in Russia’s Caucasus, where Islamic militants have waged an insurgency against Russian security sources for years.

The trip by the U.S. team was made possible because of Russian government cooperation with the FBI investigation into the bombing at the Boston Marathon, the official said, speaking on condition of anonymity because he was not permitted to speak publicly.

The brothers are accused of setting off the bombs that killed three people and wounded more than 180 others on April 15. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, was killed in a police shootout, while his 19-year-old brother was captured alive but badly wounded.

Russia probably is cooperating since they were from Chechnyia

or however you spell it

They want to have a handle on extreamists there as much as we want to know if there is a connection.

Supposed to be improving and able to talk. Reports are he denies any others were involved. If you believe the party line.

he is going to say stuff to deny all accountability. he will never get out of prison, so why not open up? better yet, if the scumbag wanted to write a book I am sure that the DOJ will not allow it

Well he was already on the watched list and we already had photos on hand in the terrorist data base...but we ask the public to ID them

Need to roll some heads over this one

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said law enforcement should have kept a closer eye on Tsarnaev after the FBI spoke to him two years ago. The FBI should also have realized last week following the bombings that he was in databases, Graham told reporters.

"After the bomb went off, don't you think one of the first things the FBI would do is say, 'Have we interviewed anybody in the Boston area that may fit the profile of doing this?' How could his name not pop up, the older brother? And when you have the photo the whole world is looking at, how could we not match that photo with him already being in the system?" Graham said.

Criminal fugitive from justice mother still screaming her boys were framed

ABC News reported on Tuesday that Mrs Tsarnaeva failed to show up at a court hearing stemming from a July 2012 arrest for shoplifting.

So if she returns to the U.S. to visit her hospitalized son or make burial arrangements for the other, she could be arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Busted: Mrs Tsarnaeva, 45, was arrested last year after she allegedly stole $1,600 worth of clothing from a Massachusetts Lord & Taylor store

Mrs Tsarnaeva, 45, allegedly stole $1,600 worth of clothes from a Massachusetts Lord & Taylor store.

She was charged with two counts of malicious/wanton damage and defacement to property after allegedly swiping the merchandise from the retailer's Natick, Massachusetts location in June 2012.

She was due in court on October 25 for a hearing in the case, but never showed up.

MAKHACHKALA, Russia (Reuters) - The parents of the two main suspects in the Boston bombings said on Thursday their sons had been framed and accused U.S. authorities of killing the older brother to put on a display.

Anzor Tsarnaev, the father, banged the table in anger as he announced plans to go from Russia to the United States to "find out the truth" and Zubeidat Tsarnaeva, the mother, said she had wanted to scream when she heard of her elder son's death.

She denied Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, had made contact with Islamist militants during a stay in Russia last year and said she was considering giving up her U.S. citizenship.

I am willing to bet they wont arrest her for her warrant though as the liberal party would throw a fit and make us look bad.
I say deny her entry back in the US...she fled back to her homeland to evade prosecution here in the states..

[h=5]Two of the individuals, both said to be students from Kazakhstan, are suspected of throwing out some sort of evidence that may have once been in the UMass Dartmouth dormitory where the younger Tsarnaev had lived, and failing to tell the truth to the FBI about seeing him after the April 15 attacks, a law enforcement source familiar with the investigation tells NPR.[/h]
