SO when they drive down a street and fill 20 houses full of bullets (killing someones 2 yr old in the process, or a mother of 4) upon their initiation to a gang .. that shouldn't make people think they are bad?

When 14 yr old children are allowed to run with a gang, and they teach them how to run drugs or murder people ... that shouldn't be considered bad?
