This for all the folks who support teams that disappoint them constantly.

So I'm a Raptors fan, and I've watched them under-achieve all year. Tonight, not long after a big trade that should have addressed some of their definciencies, I watched them get blown-out by the fuckin Knicks of all teams. We just seem to always do the worst fuckin' thing, whether it's pulling out of the fast break or settling for jump shots when we need high-percentage buckets. I know we have an inexperienced coach, but that's no excuse for the shit effort I've been seeing.

I can't take this shit!

Haha! West Ham supporters were made for this thread! We continually beat the best teams around and then get mashed by shit teams. We're on a roll right now but watch it, crappy Bolton will probably win 4-0 tomorrow or something. This is what being a real supporter is all about. In the words of long life West Ham faithul, Robert Banks, author of an Irrational hatred of Luton and the legacy of Barry Green:

I quit investing any emotion in my teams here. That way if they do win, it's always a nice surprise.

You continue to support them because they're "your" team.

But yeah, sometimes your left just scratching your head wondering :wtf:

What's the Raptor's record overall? How long they been in the league?

Fuckin' eh, dude. I needed that.

I love the Raptors, the Canucks, the Jays (I have to admit, the repeat World Series' when I was a kid are a comfort, but I couldn't party when they won! :D), and the Hammers.

I can't complain about the Steelers

It seems like all the teams I love just play to the level of their opponents and get buggeredeither way lol

Raps are second to last in the East this year *shakes head*

i don't know if you support 'em, but AZ teams have been pretty awesome the last while.

Yeah, depends on what you look at. This last year was pretty good. Previous years, we've been the master at winning against teams we wern't in the same league with only to lose to high school teams a week later.

But, yeah, I support them. Like i said, they're my teams :thumbup
