Actually, the Stang does need new plugs and a new fuel filter... and transmission fluid changed, and oil changed, and radiator flushed.

When dealing with percentiles, the highest you can get is 99%, meaning out of 100 people, you scored better than 99. It can't be 100% because you can't outscore yourself.
