Good job, both of you. I unfortunately don't have any pictures from my peak of 223 earlier this year, so I can't really do a comparison. But I've dropped down to 201, so I've gotten about 1/3 of the way to my goal of 160lbs. I've taken a month or so off from exercising and good eating habits due to a helluva lot of work completely wiping me out, and a shoulder injury that's finally starting to get better. Hoping to get back at it starting Saturday.
