Next up for Denver is the Patriots, a team the Broncos have traditionally had an easy time with. As a matter of fact, John Elway never lost to New England in his entire career. And the Pats haven't done so great against Denver either after Elway's retirement. Tom Brady has a losing record against Denver in his Hall of Fame career.

Regardless of whether the Patriots win this week against the Broncos, one thing I'm almost certain of - the Pats will not make the Super Bowl because their defense is not good enough.

Teams with bad defenses like New England has this year rarely if ever win a Super Bowl even if they do have a terrific offense.

Mike I hope you are right about New England losing but someone asked me to bet on it and I wouldn't. Frankly I'm sweating this one. We can't afford to give up a lot of points and try and make them all up in the fourth quarter like usual, this team can score......

after the sideline argument between Brady and the offensive coord last week, you better bet Tommy is pissed and ready to prove something, i suspect Pats will crush Broncos

well, Brady said in interviews Monday that it was a kick in the pants that it happened, but Brady himself is never held accountable to his mistakes.(Super Bowl against the Giants is looming, defense couldn't stop Eli....fuck that!) I think it was awesome to see his fire/yelling/spitting... at the coach!!!! and it was not just in passing either! imagine if the Skins had tied the game and Brady had to go down the field to win the game or better yet,the Patriots lose, does he still get fired up? you bet your ass he does...and he would have taken it out on the Broncos for sure, but I think he still has to be a little ticked and will show that coach he has the fire.

Well now that could work in our favor, because sometimes when one tries too hard one gets sloppy and sloppy offense is just what our Broncos defense loves ;)
