Beach weirdos

I used to live close to a lake where a lot of the locals would go and use as their beach. There were a lot of weirdos hanging out there. It was more people getting drunk and trying to outdo each other in stupid acts.

I think swrv is a verb, and he's just telling people that it's okay to swrv. I'm not sure what that means, but people seem to like him.
