Well, here I am posting this message at CSUN near my next class, Math ::shudders::, and goddammit - back to school againl. Although as much as I like going to college, it's still a pain in the ass having to get up at 6:30 AM almost every day and spend 8 whole hours at school. Oh well :dunno

Good luck with that schedule. I never had a class before 10am, but i lived on campus, so my commute was 5 mins walking. Stick with it though, employers love that piece of paper we call a diploma.

And the gettin up early dont ever quit either. Even after ya get out of college. I still have to get up at 6:00Am 5 days a week and work 8 hrs a day. It use to be 12 hrs a day but they finally cut me some slack :D

Well I really don't mind getting up early, I can do it all the time and at whatever time necessary. It's just the long drag you have to go through for the remainder of the day and that's really what puts most people down. I am actually more prone to getting up early than late because I don't require sleep that much. I just don't see why a person should waste half their day solely on sleeping while they can get up early and perform a few useful tasks.

my problem is i have an active night life...kinda sucks for those early morning classes...i'm thinking of taking night courses next term and work full time where i'm at now...i could use that extra cash.

My schedule is practically perfect, I would say. Even though I have to get up a bit early and have very short breaks in-between classes - I get Mondays and Wednesdays off. I'm considering working at the same time, but I still have to wait and see how everything turns out. I'm sure you all go through these types of decisions all the time. :D

At least you don't have it like Agar...he has a few hours to kill in between classes and sits at a cafe to take advantage of the wifi. He gets so bored...so I have to think of various things for him to download.

Of course, he could drive home, but as it is, he spends 30 minutes in traffic to get there in early morning, and he really doesn't want to waste the gas money to go back and forth twice a day.

Ah, the perks of furthering your education, eh?

That's exactly how I have it, except I have no breaks in between.

I'm pretty sure the breaks in between classes where the whole moral of her story.

Re: RE: Back to school :-(

lol Very well done!

He has one class around 8ish, and his next one doesn't start until 2ish, so he gets out of one and sits at a cafe with wifi until he has to be back at the campus. I hear his friends are thinking about dragging him to a strip club at some point...simply because he doesn't want to go since he usually gets dragged out to stripper parties and whatnot. (He's strange like that...most men would die to have that occur...)

So yeah...you earn a cookie. lol

Re: RE: Back to school :-(

*smiles* He has his reasons for not liking them. I think the skank factor kinda crawls in on it, as well.

there are a few classy strip clubs I have been to...the Cheetah in ATL is rather nice and the skank factor is at a low...the locals ones here are sort of scary...
