Matt and I have finally decided on a second girl's name. :)

I realize that our future babies will not be here until August at the EARLIEST (and that's a very, very, very hopeful estimate), but it's nice to have these things picked out.

See, we want twins. The gender of these babies isn't decided, as they are most likely not born yet. So we figured we needed two boys names and two girls names to be safe.

The first name we agreed on was for a girl: Stella Marie. We just like the sound of it. Originally it was "Stella Moore" (or some variant thereof), to evoke the phrase "cellar door" (Matthew is an English geek if nothing else!), but Stella Marie is a lot harder for teachers and such to mess up.

The second name we agreed unanimously on was for a boy: Zooey. This would be short for Zachariah, not Zachary. Another English nerd reference. I'll be proud of anyone who picks it up, because it's a famous author, but one of his lesser works.

The third name took some convincing, but I finally caved: Abraham. As long as no one calls him Abe, I'll be fine. I can even accept "Bram" as a nickname if people are really insistent on giving children nicknames.

And the second girl's name just came to us in a moment of spontaneity: Alabee. It's Spanish for "to warp" or something like that, which would be awesome to tell her friends. And it sounds beautiful, and I can handle Bee as a nickname.

I'm in a good mood. I love babies. :)

Haha, I keep forgetting that I obviously don't talk to everyone every day, and I obviously haven't mentioned anything on the boards.

Well, guess what? We're adopting! Haha
