Just make sure you turn off the unused scan engines and be sure to consolidate the two icons. Sometimes the voice notification on update can annoy in the middle of the night but that can also be turned off. But you can't beat free, would also recommend downloading the malwarebytes and hijackthis utilities to cross check from time to time.

Everyone has their own favorite Anti-Virus. I guess i'm going back to AVG. I'm not dling every anti-virus there is online lol. I simply wanted to know the benefits iof AVG Internet Security.

I like Avast because it auto downloads during the day updates

I am not sure if anything is perfect

If you want more security though use Linux. Or better yet just watch where you are going. Site Advisor is a decent tool that helps a bit to avoid lousy sites.
