why is it that this band gets ragged on more that any other band i know? they have overcome alot in their career with every1 laughing in there face. but yet it seems like they get no respect whatsoever.

and they can grow on to anyone. all you have to do is listen. and ya bat country did get alot of people to like them. but if you were to listen to their whole City Of Evil cd. it will blow your mind. and if will make you look at A7X in a new way

it is an amazing cd. they do have two others before it. and they are supposed to be coming out with a new cd sometime around halloween

Yeah I listened to COE and ST7T back to back for about a month. Good albums. Good band. You can tell in COE they really stepped their game up.

I like the vocals more on their first two albums, before M Shadows had his vocal surgery. I just liked the way he screamed

vocally it doesnt match the music. now im not saying the singer cant sing, its just his vocal style doesnt match the music IMHO.

i think the vocals do match the music. and im not just sayin all this because they are my fav band. there are some parts where i think he doesnt do that good of a job but he has a wide range(vocally). and the music itself has alot of twists and turns. i think it would be hard for any vocallist to follow their music. but most bands try to play music that fits their singer's range. i think M. Shadows did pretty good seeing how he did have to recover from vocal sergery

im not a big 7x fan. unholy confessions was alright, but when bat country came out i knew then and there i hated 7x. i know bands singles arent always good measures of the bands musical talent, but i absolutely hate bat country.

I think some of it is great, but sometimes like in Beast and the harlot they go from kicking ass to sounding like pussies in no time flat. But overall I do like them and they are on the Ipod.:cool
