An Englishman is on an Australian beach soaking up the sun when suddenly chaos breaks out in the sea with people shouting that a shark is in the water. Everyone gets out in time except a little girl. Without thinking the man runs into the sea kills the shark and saves the girl. The next day a tabloid journalist tracks the man down for an exclusive.
"that was a really brave thing you did" said the reporter
"well, said the man "I just didn't think.
Upon hearing the man's English accent the reporter hastily but politely ends the interview.
The next day the man buys a newspaper with the headline 'Pomme bastard kills pet shark'
