Attitude & Perception Is Everything!

Attitude & Perception

There once was a woman who woke up one morning, looked in the mirror, and noticed she had only three hairs on her head.

"Well," she said, "I think I'll braid my hair today." So she did and she had a wonderful day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and saw that she had only two hairs on her head.

"Hmmm, " she said, "I think I'll part my hair down the middle today." So she did and she had a grand day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that she had only one hair on her head.

"Well," she said, "Today I'm going to wear my hair in a pony tail." So she did and she ha d a fun, fun day.

The next day she woke up, looked in the mirror and noticed that there wasn't a single hair on her head.

"YEAH!" she exclaimed, "I don't have to fix my hair today!"

Attitude and Perception are everything.

Be kinder than necessary, because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Life may not be the party we hoped for...but while we are here,
we might as well dance.

wow that just might have been the most gay thing I've read all week...and I just finished reading the biography of Richard Simmons.
screw perception and attitude. I am a skeptical sociopath, screw you guys this thread phails.

I'm not a big fan of eternal optimism. I think that there is something wrong with you if you can't experience the full range of emotions - or that something will go wrong with you.

If you never have a bad day, how can you ever tell that you are having a good one? There must be ugliness so that we can see the beauty.

i dont think the point is to be eternally happy and chipper like some brainwashed people i know. Doesnt that piss you off when someone is always smiling? I think the point is that their are things in life you cannot do anything about, and of those things we should just accept them and make the best of it. Sharpie i agree to a certain degree. All emotions to me are great even the bad ones, so this isnt about ignoring one inner nature and emotions, it is about not miusing them for trivial matters one cannot change

Still, its better then whining, moaning and complaining.
