I have that here waiting for me to read. I heard someone saying it has a dystopian type of setting, which I really like! :thumbup

I'll let you know, my mind is thinking about Anthem by Ayn Rand still, need help with a few questions about it but I can't write it down since I'm at work

I should get it to read again. Only read it once and that was 15 years ago give or take. All I could think of when reading it was holy shit that is where our govt is taking us in this country. It should be mandatory reading. I also liked Fountainhead. Have not read any of her other books. Rumor has it that there may be an Atlas Shrugged movie
There was a rumor that Angelina Jolie is tapped to play Dagney.

I am not a fan of reading but I found the book riveting. Could not put it down and I do not recall it being 1000 pages.
Well over 1,000 actually.

I will tell you that Dagny would recognize the composer on sight... and the guy whistling is WAAYY too young to be him.

Remember... on the back half of the book you can safely skip "the Galt Speech". That'll save you 60 pages of plodding.
