at work today

at work today a group of us figured it would be a good idea to go to the magazines to box around(we had 14oz gloves) I wasn't going to because my shoulder has been hurting the last couple of weeks but one guy I work with wanted to box and since I was the only person left that didn't box already he asked me...so I put the gloves on and we went at it...I don't know how to box to well mind you (don't get me wrong I know how to throw a hard punch)and luckly neither did he...so with the limited boxing knowledge I had...I pummeled this poor kid...he got a couple good shots in but not before I swelled up his left eye with a hook...I have to hand it to him the kid has a good jaw on him because he kept at it and I've dropped people with less of a punch than what I was hitting him with...all in all it was good times and nobody got hurt...he just wound up with a black eye...I caught him with quite a few hook shots and a couple uppercuts all set up with some jabs

boxing is always fun. We used to do it often when we would hang out. The last time i boxed I went at it with an amature boxer. I was bigger than him and have a pretty good reach. It was pretty even, he got me good a couple times, but i ended up laying his ass out. We decided that was enough for the night. We both came away with a headache tho

the guy I boxed with was a lil shorter than me we had the same reach but I had him with wieght

p.s. last time i boxed was back in high school...i was in kick ass shape but damn...some of those short stalky guys are FAST AS HELL...we both got some good shots in but i don't think i've fought anybody as fast as he was.

I have a pretty heavy hook...I've fooled around with boxing gloves on but never really got into a match with someone...it was wierd

i never had much of a hook...i just jab and uppercut...my jab hits HARD if i let loose.

some of the hooks I hit him with where really hard...if we didn't have the gloves on he would of been going to medical for broken bones in his face prolly
