Art Of war Trilogy

I've only seen the first movie. I see Snipes took up the roll again for the second film but they have Treach aka Anthony Criss from Naughty by Nature in the same lead role of Snipes' character. Don't you think you'd throw in the towel after 2 if you have to get a different actor?

Believe Mr. Snipes isn't available as he is serving time in prison.
Who knows how Treach will do ?...though he's a good actor.
It'll be interesting.
Curiosity will win.
