Argh.... It's snooooooooooooooowing

I don't get the purpose in complaining about the weather. And this isn't directed at you, Dana. Merely something I've never understood. I mean, I guess I can justify it if you're trapped living where you do. But, for most people, I'd just say go live somewhere else. ;) But, being a Phoenician, I'm jealous of those who get white winters. And not 115* summers. Would you like to trade? It's 62 here currently. :)

We got a dusting from my understanding 2 years ago. But nothing you could really do anything with.

The one time it's snowed here in my life was when I was like nine. The snow was brown, and it didn't even stick. But it was fun to experience as a kid having never really seen snow before. I was born in NY, but we moved when I was three, so I don't really remember.

My daughter had seen a light dusting when she was 3 years old while living in AZ. She just went to CT. to visit her dad and it snowed light and I was getting pictures left and right from her of the snow. She was so excited to see even a little accumulation!

of course it is... I'm thinking it Never SNOWS down under?

Yeah it does...in WInter:D

But not here where I live, down south west of Canberra...I used to go skiing every year...but still never made a snowman.

Actually, thats a lie....about an hour and a half drive from me, up on Dorrigo mountain, we sometimes get a bit of snow if the conditions are right.

When I lived in Tucson, AZ there was a mountain range behind my house that you could drive up its winding roads in the winter and go to Winter Land at the top where they had skiing and lots of tourist attractions. This one place made plate size chocolate chip cookies! Fresh out of the oven! :thumbup

Its snowed last night here, not too much but enough to warrant throwing salt around the drive

Awesomely, i have a Pass Plus lesson today (something taken after you pass your driving test if you fancy knocking about 20% off your car insurance), and its about driving in adverse conditions. How suitable is this! Its all worked out very well

It's not snowing here... yet!!

I'm glad because last year I fell over and hurt my back and since then been a bit paranoid about being out in the snow :p

I love walking in the snow if it's proper snow and not just icey sludge so if it gets like that I'll be walking about with christmas songs blasting in my ears :D

I live further down south now and it won't be as bad as last year which is a good thing. Would be nice to have a white christmas though!!

It's freezing cold here, really icey chill so I'm thinking maybe we will get some soon!
