I used to be shy, then I got over it and at the end of the day I'm not shy at all. I'd have to be surrounded by a lot of people to be very shy.
But I'm surprised at how quickly I stopped being shy as time went by, the days, the months, the years, so much so that I had to think a lot to remember that I was shy.

I will continue to be outspoken as it offer numerous benefits to me as it increased self-confidence, improved communication, and greater job satisfaction.

I’d say I’m more outspoken, I like to express my thoughts clearly and stand by what I believe in, especially when it sparks meaningful conversation. But I also know when to listen and step back. It’s all about balance for me.

This is something I always promote, sharing your ideas and thoughts with others with complete transparency and clarity. This way, you can connect with other people in a much simpler and easier way.

I’m more on the outspoken side, especially when something matters to me. I like honest conversations and standing up for what I believe in, but I also know when to listen and stay quiet if that’s what’s needed.

I am a quiet person. But I am not timid. I am very expressive when there is a need to be. I can stand and face anyone. But I am naturally not loud and people always think I am timid.
