Theres a conversion thats really easy to do but hard to explain. I'd PM it to you but I dont have PM's.

you need to find out someones total rep and then rep them, then you can see what yours is worth. Its not that hard and you certianly dont need a pm to explain how to do it.

Go to the statistics where you can see how much rep people have. Pick a person and write down their rep amount. Rep them and then go back and look at their new rep amount. Do math.

What she said is the way I do it! Mines worth 119. Seeing as youre the 2nd highest with rep points its should around 300 or so...
