Are Traditional Jobs Becoming Obsolete Due to Automation?

Automation is replacing some roles while creating new ones. Is this a threat to employment or an opportunity for progress? How should workers adapt to these changes?

I do not see traditional jobs becoming obsolete due to automation but I do believe that a lot of industries are being challenged by automation.

Some traditional jobs are declining due to automation, especially repetitive or manual tasks in manufacturing, data entry, and basic service roles. However, new roles are emerging that require creativity, problem-solving, and human judgment. Automation changes the job landscape rather than making work entirely obsolete.
