With Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video, theaters are struggling. Do you still visit cinemas, or do you prefer streaming movies at home? Will theaters survive, or are they becoming obsolete?

Streaming is convenient, but cinemas offer immersive experiences. Theaters may shrink, not vanish—survival depends on innovation and unique offerings.

Streaming services have certainly impacted theaters by offering convenience and affordability, but they haven't fully replaced the theater experience. Cinemas still attract audiences for blockbuster films and the immersive, social aspect of watching on the big screen.

I don't think Netflix is the actual culprit, I believe social media, with the popularity of short videos, is the main reason why people have stopped visiting theaters.

Well, it's not only the streaming services, it's the fact that they charge so much money at the theaters. I can watch all the movies I want for a cheaper rate. I can get my own snacks at the dollar store as well if I want to add snacks along with the movie.
