Many retreats promise inner transformation through silence, meditation, and nature. Do these experiences create real long-term change, or are they temporary escapes from stress? Have you ever attended one, and what was the impact?

Sure, Spiritual retreats contribute significantly to mental wellness by promoting mindfulness and self-awareness. You'll find yourself in a supportive and accepting community where individuals can form meaningful connections with others

I have been to a couple of spiritual retreats and based on my experience I can say that spiritual retreats are good for your mental and emotional healing.

I think they can be, depending on the person and the retreat itself. Being in a quiet, focused environment away from daily stress can help reflection and emotional processing. For some, it’s very healing; for others, the effects may be temporary unless integrated into daily life.
