Viral recipes and challenges influence cooking habits. Do you follow trends or stick to familiar dishes? Which food trend actually improved your meals? How do online influences affect family mealtime dynamics?

I think social media is bringing positive changes to food culture, people are not only exploring their traditional cuisines but also cuisines from other cultures and countries. I think social media is changing food culture positively.

I just like to stick with what I'm familiar with. I rarely try new things because I often find that the new foods I've tried I don't like and that's a waste of money and time IMO.

Yes, social media trends are definitely changing food culture. They shape what people try, cook, and even how they present food. Viral recipes, aesthetics, and quick tutorials make food more about sharing and experimentation.
