Many goals focus on looks rather than energy or mobility. How do you define being healthy? Have your goals changed over time? What made you shift focus from appearance to function, or vice versa?

I think so, these days most people give more importance to how they look instead of their own health. Some people even compromise their health to look better.

Yes, it often seems that way. Many focus on looks, such as slimness, muscle tone, or style, while neglecting real health habits like balanced nutrition, exercise, and mental well-being. Appearance is visible, but long-term health is less obvious and harder to prioritize.
