Are Movie Trailers Spoiling Too Much?

Trailers now show entire plot points. Do you prefer teasers that keep you guessing, or full previews to hype up releases? Which trailer recently ruined or enhanced your movie-watching experience?

I was watching the trailer of The Idea of You, a Hollywood movie the other day and at the end, I don't even need to watch the full movie anymore, because I already know what the movie is all about and how it ends from the trailer alone.
Seriously, they need to do better with those trailers, most of them do not pack as much suspense as needed.

I don't think so. I don't even care about spoilers, I just don't watch movie to find out what happens next, I also watch for how it happens.

Yes, many trailers reveal big plot twists or the best scenes, which can spoil the experience. Personally, I like trailers that tease just enough to spark curiosity.

Well, a movie trailer is supposed to provide a glimpse of the movie in a short time. It makes it appealing for the audience to want to come back to see it when it is released. Many might show their big plot points. But I don't think that they deliberately want to reveal everything and kill the excitement. The plot points might be relevant for the story and have to be part of the movie. Though they show what happens, they don't show how that happened. So, audience would still like to watch the movie.
